Have you ever wanted to know more about the angels? How about the history surrounding them. Well, Angel HD is for you.

This graphically rich iPad app delivers historical, biblical, and extra-biblical details about the lives surrounding the angels of antiquity. It contains several poems from the book, LAngelica: History Through the Eyes of Angels.

L’Angelica enables readers to look at stories that served to shape our society, even the whole of the Western World through new eyes.

Biblical history and literature has molded our history perhaps more than any other single set of texts that has ever existed. Yet still, what we do not know about these important points in our history could fill several more volumes. Who told us these stories? It is through their perspectives that we look upon the ancient world and thus create our own? L’Angelica explores the histories within these texts through the eyes of those others, according to biblical tradition, that were there along side the many men and women who lived and subsequently told us their stories: the angels.

The interaction between the humans and the angels is a history as old or older than the texts themselves. Here, for perhaps the first time, readers can see how the angels saw us, what and how they thought, their frustrations with our lives, and how they understood their place in creation. The many personalities of these sometimes-graceful beings are also explored in L’Angelica. They are somewhat humanized in a way which allows readers to understand their plight in the great story of life as they try to understand ours. There are happy angels, angry angels, some which love us and even those that hate us.

Of the stories included in this new perspective on biblical history are those that happened in Eden before the fall of Adam and Eve, the story of their tragic fallen lives and subsequent deaths and those of their children, and others including Moses, Noah, Lot, Babel, Jacob, and many more. Most of the stories in L’Angelica are part of the Old Testament tradition. However, they are some from the Newer Testament as well. There is only one fallen angel discussed in this Volume of L’Angelica. However, in Volume II the fallen angels’ perspectives will be investigated in more depth.
